Vue have designed, specified and are now building a luxurious home for a discerning client. One of the largest homes in Applecross, the home is a multi million dollar individual dream home.

The initial design work entailed detailed discussions with the client, including a clear understanding of their personal lifestyle requirements, required room proportions, visual flow from front to rear, maximum use of the sweeping river views and overall style of the home.

Extensive attention was paid to specification with every item of the home being detailed and selected to suit an enduring style. The home is designed with every living area throughout offering sweeping views of the Swan River, whilst retaining energy efficiency and natural ventilation.

Home automation has been included only where it directly benefits the client and their personal lifestyle. Automated glass sliding doors allow the entire rear of the house to welcome the river ambience, whilst a 12 seat Home Theatre provides for the ultimate movie experience.

Every element of the home has been documented by the team at Vue to ensure that the desired attention to detail is understood and achieved.

Vue obtained all necessary approvals and commenced building the home within 5 months of the initial design meeting.
